BUILDING ON THE NEW LAND:

While renting a building in town will get the children out of the more dangerous areas we need something more permanent. Please consider giving towards building on the new land. Once we are done purchasing the land, we will begin constructing our main building. We need $50,000 towards that. We raised $115 towards that $49,885 to go.

We were given a lot of construction equipment. A huge blessing... but much of it wasn't well kept. So we need to repair some before we can use it. There is a brick making machine and bobcat we can use when we purchase the land, but we can also use to make money. We need around $750 to get the machines serviced and running good again.

We have been blessed with a grant to dig two wells on our new property, but we will need several containers to store water. Each container is $300 and another $150 for piping and $500 to build a strong tower to set them on.  We would like to put 4 containers up.

Our GTS truck is aging and in need of repairs. We need $1500 to get it in good working order.

PURCHASE LAND:

We an additional $43,000 to purchase a new property in the middle of Bamenda. Close to all the schools the children are now attending, and the apprenticeship programs the children are currently involved with.  We have raised $28,574.38, leaving us with $14,425.62 to go.

$500 is needed for a new breeding pair of pigs.

They are in need of “fresh” breeding stock.

Moringa, mango, guava, papaya, banana, avocado and other fruit trees could be planted on the new orphanage properties . For $100 you could provide a healthy source of vitamins/nutrients for many years.

Fence added chickens (325x244).jpg

An ongoing animal husbandry project is chickens. $75 would purchase 50 chicks. An additional $500 would provide for the first few months feed, vaccinations, and additional expenses. The more funds they get towards these projects, the more food they get on their table.

Several of our older children have started higher education or apprenticeship programs. This is such a blessing, but it has more than doubled the cost of providing an education for all of our children. We are so grateful that all of our children are still able to attend school and further their education in spite of the civil war. Please consider partnering with us towards this. Our annual cost of education at the moment is $11,000. We have $4500 towards our yearly need (need the rest by March of 2025). Any gift towards this goes a long way in helping meet this need. Thank you!
